Return and Refund Policy

I PRIDE MYSELF ON SUPPLYING OUTSTANDING DESIGNS TO YOU AND I WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER.


Goods Damaged In Transit 

For any orders that have been damaged in transit or arrived damaged please ensure you notify me within 48 hours of delivery. 


When you receive your order, please ensure that you thoroughly check it and if there are any problems please notify me as soon as possible within 48 hours by email at info@lydiasdreamdesigns.com


In order for me to rectify any problem, I will request that you send photographs in the first instance. I will even collect if you are in the local area.


Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once I have received your order back and it has been quality-checked, if a problem is identified I will arrange either a replacement item or refund.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale


Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
