Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom creation, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange the product for another of the same value. Returns and Exchanges are only available if the following conditions are met:
If the above conditions are met you may return your item for a refund or exchange for a different size or colour. This does not include any Personalised Custom Clothing.
If an exchange is selected you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but extra shipping charges will be charged at the same rate as your original order. If you wish to exchange the item for an alternative garment, please select a garment of similar value as any differences will not be refunded.
All decisions for returns and refunds will be made within 24 hours of receiving the returned item(s) following an inspection. If approved, a replacement or a refund will be processed the next working day. Any instances where we are unable to approve an exchange or refund, the customer will be contacted directly to discuss their options.
If the above conditions are not met, I regret to inform that I am unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds. A restocking fee will be applied to all refund requests unless the product has received faulty or you receive an incorrect order (details below).
Restocking fee
Unless your item arrives faulty or damaged, or you received an product you did not order. A restocking fee will apply to all refunds. All requests are subject to an 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
3rd Party Damages
Once deliveries leave my office Lydia's Dream Designs has no control of how your parcel is handled as it travels through the courier network. I reserve the right to disqualify damage claims if I believe the damage was made in transit by the couriers.
In the occurrence of this event, I will raise a damage claim with Royal Mail including any supporting documentation for proof of purchase and dispatch. Photographic evidence of the damage will be requested so I am able to include them in your the claim. Please note when a damaged claim has been filed, I am unable to offer any refunds until the claim has been processed and a response has been received by Royal Mail.
